I would like to inform you about the processing of personal data when using my website and the services offered on it. I handle your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations as well as this privacy policy.
Personal data includes all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, such as name, address, email address, or IP address.

2. Informational Use of the Website

When you use this website purely for informational purposes, I process certain data transmitted automatically by your browser to my server. This includes:

  • time zone,

  • the specific page or file requested,

  • HTTP status code,

  • transferred data volume,

  • the referring website,

  • your browser and operating system,

  • and your language settings.

This data is processed to ensure a smooth connection and system stability and security. The legal basis for this is my legitimate interest in providing an optimal website experience (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR). Data is also evaluated for statistical purposes and to improve the website offering, and then deleted. There is no further use or disclosure to third parties. Cookies and third-party services may also be used during your visit (see below).

In addition to browsing, you may also contact me via email. In doing so, I may collect and process the following data:

  • your email address,

  • and any other personal data you voluntarily provide in your message.

This data is solely used for communication and handling your inquiry (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR). If your data is no longer necessary and no legal obligations require retention, it will be deleted. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

 

4. Disclosure of Data

Your personal data will not be shared with third parties unless:

  • you have given your explicit consent (Art. 6 (1) a GDPR / Art. 9 (2) a GDPR),

  • the disclosure is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims and there is no reason to assume your rights override this interest (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR),

  • or there is a legal obligation to disclose (Art. 6 (1) c GDPR).

In some cases, I may use external service providers (e.g., IT providers) as data processors. These are carefully selected, contracted in writing, and bound to follow strict instructions. No data is processed beyond this contractual relationship.

 

5. Cookies

This website uses cookies—small text files stored on your device. Cookies do not damage your device and do not contain viruses or malware. They store device-specific information, not directly identifying you.

My website contains links to platforms such as LinkedIn. Clicking these links takes you to the provider’s site, where their data policies apply. No data is transferred until the link is activated. Please consult their privacy policies for further information.

  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16 GDPR),

  • Request deletion of your data (Art. 17 GDPR),

  • Request restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),

  • Receive your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format or transmit it to another controller (Art. 20 GDPR),

  • Withdraw your consent at any time (Art. 7 (3) GDPR).
